Canoeing |
Large "Canadian" style canoes (life jackets available) on a slow flowing, but very scenic 1 kilometre stretch of the mountain river. |

Bush Walking |
At Riverwood Downs a lovely 5km walking trail on the property takes guests from elevated views along the mountain to a secluded swimming area in the river and back to the Resort in a pleasant 1 ½ hours. |

Bird Watching |
The babbling river running through Riverwood Downs is a natural bird corridor. The combination of vegetation, topography and the adjacent mountains ensure a wide variety of birds. |

Swimming |
Apart from the swimming pool for the Resort, all guests can enjoy the numerous rock pools and rapids along the river, which is where the owners usually go to swim. |

Fishing |
The river is a breeding ground for Golden Bass and experienced anglers catch some excellent fish in the quiet reaches of the river, particularly between November and March. Fresh water Cray Fish are also found in the river. |

Tennis |
Lots of fun for the whole family, day or night, fine or wet weather. Racquets and balls are supplied. |

Games |
The games room contains two three quarter size competition standard Snooker Tables. Snooker, Pool and Billiard balls available. A table tennis table is adjacent to the games room. |

Night Wildlife Safari |
View the star filled night sky whilst spotlighting for the local wildlife on this tour of the property.
Wildlife regularly seen include wallabies, kangaroos, bandicoots, hares, owls, rabbits, possums and foxes.
